2.  Prevent injury.  Don't let your body limit you from playing

It's no secret that every top level tour pro works out now.  They've figured out that fitness improves performance.  What you need to know is that you don't need to be a tour pro to get the same results.  In fact, the further you are from a pro, the more results your going to get.
